Compound-protein interaction (CPI) prediction, which determines the binding affinity of the interaction between a compound (drug candidate) and a target protein, plays a vital role in the drug discovery process. Experimentally measuring of compound protein binding affinity is costly and time-consuming. Hence, computational based models are getting more attention in CPI prediction.
