Description
We have assessed this study to identify the elements that the promoters tend to interact with
them more than other regions in DNA, which is a sign that they might have a function in the
gene regulation process. We started studying the interactions between promoters and some
known elements such as enhancers from chromHMM predicted elements and then examined
some elements that are not proved to have interactions with a promoter, such as lncRNAs and
heterochromatin regions. Then the GWAS variants were analyzed to study whether SNPs affect
gene regulation or not.
